Metadata Policy

Jurnal Multidisiplin BHATARA is committed to maintaining high standards in the management and dissemination of article metadata to enhance discoverability, accessibility, interoperability, and long-term digital preservation. Each article published in BHATARA is assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref, ensuring persistent linking and reliable scholarly referencing.

Key metadata elements, including article title, author names and affiliations, ORCID identifiers (when available), abstract, keywords, references, publication date, funding information, and licensing information, are systematically collected, curated, and deposited through Crossref and disseminated to scholarly discovery services and metadata databases.

BHATARA supports metadata interoperability through standardized metadata formats and the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH). The journal metadata are made available to scholarly indexing and discovery platforms, including GARUDA, Google Scholar, BASE, OpenAIRE, WorldCat, Scilit, Semantic Scholar, and other relevant academic discovery services to maximize the visibility, accessibility, and preservation of published research.
