The journal adopts digital preservation strategies to guarantee that published articles remain permanently accessible to the global research community.
To preserve and safeguard published content, IJCSR utilizes the following archiving and preservation mechanisms:
- The Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform and the publisher's server infrastructure;
- Regular system backup and database preservation procedures conducted by the publisher;
- Institutional and publisher-managed digital repositories;
- The PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), when available and activated;
- Indexing and abstracting services that preserve journal metadata and scholarly records.
The journal maintains regular backups of all published content, metadata, and associated files to prevent data loss due to technical failures, system interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event that the journal ceases publication, all published content will remain accessible through preserved digital archives and repository services.
IJCSR is committed to maintaining the integrity, authenticity, and long-term accessibility of scholarly publications in accordance with international standards for digital preservation and open access publishing.
